The display can also pivot horizontally and vertically to get the perfect viewing angle whether you’re on the bike following cardio workouts or off the bike following anaerobic workouts.

Cross-Train with the Included Weights (2-3 LB Dumbbells)

Prepare yourself for a full-body training session. This bike isn’t only about toning your legs. Two 3-pound dumbbells are included with the Tour De France CTC to give you the opportunity to bring upper-body exercises to your workout. They’re conveniently located behind your seat on the attached holders.
