Weight Plates And Guide Rods: 7/16" (11 mm) diameter weight selector pin magnetically locks in place and is connected to stack to prevent loss; Incremental weight system is integrated on the top plate. A simple turn of the dial allows users to select 5 lb (2.5 kg), 10 lb (5 kg), or 15 lb (7.5 kg) weight increments for a gradual increase in resistance; Solid-steel weight plates. The top weight plate is fitted with self-lubricating bushings.
