The SFE 47" Super Curl Bar combines the functions of an Olympic triceps bar and an Olympic curl bar. This innovative design provides two separate grip positions to intensify the isolation and increase upper arm size in both the bicep and triceps muscles. The bar is designed with diamond knurled hand grips and rotating sleeves.
