Every product has a different warranty and its available on each product page. Below is additional information on warranties;

At Sports & Fitness Exchange (SFE), we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Every product goes through a thorough quality inspection to ensure the product functions as the manufacturer designed. All equipment is warranted to be free from mechanical defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Equipment is not warranted for cosmetic blemishes or damage from outside influence. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, misuse, accidents, modifications, improper installation, outdoor use, and use of unauthorized parts or accessories are not covered. Claims may require proof of purchase, and SFE may request photos, videos, or return of the defective item for verification. At our discretion, we will provide replacement parts at no charge for covered defects; however, labor, maintenance, adjustments, and installation are the responsibility of the owner. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product, and this warranty replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied. Some limitations may not apply depending on your jurisdiction. Purchasing Extended Coverage

All orders ship from our warehouse within 48 hours. Handling times are typically 24-48 hours until your product is picked up from our warehouse by a 3rd party carrier.

What to Expect?

All of our equipment is shipped using a 3rd party carrier and you will receive tracking with your order as soon as it ships. Tracking information will populate within 24 hours of being fulfilled. Our carriers will deliver your equipment curbside on a pallet. Please inspect the product and you will be required to sign for the shipment. The carrier will contact you once your shipment arrives at the terminal to schedule an appointment. All shipments are insured and guaranteed.

SFE machines are heavy-duty, commercial-grade equipment designed for serious training, and they require proper tools and at least two people for assembly.

They arrive in wooden crate on a pallet. Our machines are built for heavy duty use and demand time and effort to set up correctly. We provide detailed assembly manuals for every model, but please be prepared for the process.

Although the majority of our customers are able to assemble the machines themselves, if you are not experienced with equipment that involves bearings, guide rods, weight stacks, and/or heavy frames, we strongly recommend hiring a local fitness equipment technician.

Companies such as Fitness Machine Technicians typically charge $200 to $400 per machine, which can save you 2 to 6+ hours, depending on your tools and experience.

Please note that we do not offer assembly services outside of the Phoenix metro area, as hiring locally is usually faster and more cost-effective, and we prefer to pass those savings on to you!
