Welcome to SFE's Warranty Information Page!

While shopping SFE's site, you'll see products have a label at the end of each title. This indicates the condition of the product and each condition has associated warranty coverage. See below;

 

(New) - Brand new product, comes with One Year Warranty, some extended coverage available.

(2nd) - Liquidated unit, quality checked. Comes with 90 day warranty & extended coverage is available.

(Pre-Owned) - Has a previous owner, quality checked. Comes with a 90 day warranty.

 

SFE puts all of its products through a detailed quality check process to ensure the product functions as the manufacturer designed. SFE's warranty extends to part failures that impact the use of the product. SFE's warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear & tear, maintenance, or outside influence.

Purchasing Extended Coverage

Extended coverage must be made at the time of purchase. We are unable to add extended coverage to the product after delivery has been made. To view all the options for warranty coverage, click here. All of your warranty information will be mailed to you within 4-6 weeks.
