The counterbalanced system allows for very light starting weights perfect for rehabilitation, aging adults, and beginners. The advanced movement works on a controlled motion path so there is no learning curve to experience a more advanced workout. The seat is angled at 35 degrees and adjusts in ½ ” increments. Footplate is designed to maintain the ankle at 90 degrees throughout the entire movement preventing undesirable forces in the ankle.
