Welcome to SFE's Warranty Information Page!

While shopping SFE's site, you'll see products have a label at the end of each title. This indicates the condition of the product and each condition has associated warranty coverage. See below;

 

(New) - Brand new product, comes with One Year Warranty, some extended coverage available.

(2nd) - Liquidated unit, quality checked. Comes with 90 day warranty & extended coverage is available.

(Pre-Owned) - Has a previous owner, quality checked. Comes with a 90 day warranty.

 

SFE puts all of its products through a detailed quality check process to ensure the product functions as the manufacturer designed. SFE's warranty extends to part failures that impact the use of the product. SFE's warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear & tear, maintenance, or outside influence.

Purchasing Extended Coverage

Extended coverage must be made at the time of purchase. We are unable to add extended coverage to the product after delivery has been made. To view all the options for warranty coverage, click here. All of your warranty information will be mailed to you within 4-6 weeks.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping for the Continental United States

Handling time: 1 - 3 days (Mon - Fri)

Transit time: 3 - 8 days (Mon - Fri) (Depending on shipment distance)

We ship your exercise equipment on a pallet and it arrives via a 3rd party truck carrier. The carrier will make an appointment with you before dropping off your equipment. All orders are shipped thru LTL carriers and tracking information may vary based on the carrier & service location. All shipments are insured & SFE guarantees your product will arrive in excellent condition. In the case that it does not, please sign "Damaged" on the receiving paperwork and SFE will work with you on replacing any damaged product. 

Shipping and Flat rate shipping estimated transit time of 3-8 business days.

1.) Orders ship within 72 hours after an order is received (Monday-Friday).

2.) Customers will receive an email shipping confirmation with a tracking number, once the order has shipped.

3.) The carrier will reach out to schedule an appointment for delivery. An adult must be on-site to sign for the delivery.

Phoenix Metro Delivery Options

Curbside Delivery within 50 miles of store - $99
Equipment Delivery & Assembly within 50 miles - $249 ($99 per additional machine)

Curbside delivery is available outside of Metro Phoenix thru a 3rd party carrier for $249

  • After a sale has been invoiced and payment received, customer will be required to fill out a delivery survey for location access information.
  • An authorized point of contact must be at the site of the delivery at the scheduled time to accept delivery, instruct placement and sign off on paperwork.
  • Confirmed deliveries canceled by customer within 24 hours of a scheduled delivery date are subject to a reschedule delivery date fee of $49.
  • Customer is liable for taking accurate measurements of hallways, doors, entries, stairs and other access points and required to be disclosed in the delivery survey.
  • In the event that inaccurate survey information leads to a failure to deliver, customer is subject to additional re-delivery and pickup/extraction fees starting at $99.
  • If there is a fault in the equipment based on manufacturer error, the product can be returned and a credit equal to the purchase price be applied towards another product.
