The SFE Iso-lateral series is built for Iso-lateral Exercises to work on one particular side of the body, isolating muscles from the other. Geared for diverging and converging iso-lateral movement, the design lets you focus your concentration and energy on lifting the weight on its own without the assistance of the other side. This allows improved strength independently on each side of the body.
